Sheriff Clarke as a Democrat?

Here is a quote I came across:

"While I’m a Republican and Sheriff Clarke was elected as a Democrat"


That's from a commercial recorded with Gehring and Clarke - he can't even say he is a Democrat.

    Maybe he didn't want to call the Sheriff names. Maybe the Sheriff is a bad Democrat. By the way, where is the Bad Democrat category. I have seen the Bad Republicans one?
