I beleive he said he was not in favor of some of the wages for non-union employees. That's why he voted against the busget. He voted against the capital improvements budge because of the skate park and floating docks. He is to be credited for not voting in favor of a budget he disagrees with. That shows backbone instead of having a spine made of Jello.
