Sigh...I miss Bill Clinton. I especially miss his budget surplus whenever I read about the projected shortfall of Medicare and Social Security in 2030 with the Baby Boom generation. At the current status quo (which has to change on January 20, 2009), the budget shortfall ranges from the "optimistic" $20 trillion to the head-spinning $76.5 according to the Social Security Trustees.
